Jessica Parmley and David Jackson - Owners

Jessica and David are the proud owners of the UBuildIt – Wichita location. Jessica started with UBuildIt in the summer of 2013, as the office receptionist. After many promotions and hard work, Jessica seemed like the best fit for owner. Having started in customer service in 1994, and having helped started a business in the past with her husband, the opportunity only seemed right in March of 2015 when it was presented for her to purchase. Jessica has had various management positions in the past, and started in the construction industry in 2010.

In August of 2024, Jessica received her Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS) designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Jessica has now joined the select group of professionals nationwide to earn the CAPS designation, identifying her as a person with the skills and knowledge necessary to remodel or modify a home to meet the unique needs of the older population, disabled owners or their visitors. CAPS graduates include remodelers, builders, designers, architects, occupational therapists and others who help homeowners remain in their homes safely, independently and comfortably as they age.

David immediately fell in love with the UBuildIt concept. Having spent much of his life around the construction industry, he could see the true value in the system. Although he doesn’t spend every day in the office, he does help during busy times and as needed. David’s main passion is for 2-way radios, and has an extensive knowledge in electronic schematics. He is EMR certified and helps the community in many ways.

Since 2011, Jessica and David have served as a host family for exchange students from various countries around the world, and Jessica serves as the local coordinator for FLAG, an international student exchange program. Jessica and David and also help out in the foster care program. They stay very busy with their daughter, son-in-law, and two very active grandchildren. As you can see, Jessica is up for almost any challenge!

Tim Fairchild – Construction Manager

Tim Fairchild joined the UBuildIt Wichita family in January 2024 as Construction Manager. Tim started his construction journey in 1994 when he started his own business and built his first house which happened to be his own. He has been a vital asset to the UBuildIt family for the last 10+ year as a preferred contractor.

Tim Married his wife, Tina, in 1998 and they have 7 amazing children together.

The knowledge Tim brings to UBuildIt is unmatched. We are happy to have him on our team and look forward to applying his knowledge to each home we help build or remodel.

Ashley Meyer – Office Manager

Ashley Meyer joined UBuildIt Wichita in the fall of 2023 as Office Manager. Ashley grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. Ranging from metal fabrication and plastics for construction to high end party planning, Ashley’s main focus is customer satisfaction. She is here to help you any way she can along the journey to your new (or improved) home.

Christy R – Office Assistant

Christy R is a returning member of the UBuildIt Team. With over 20 years of customer service experience, she is ready to take on the residential construction world. She enjoys reading, bowling, cooking and Hulu binging.

Mike Womack

Mike was a key member of the UBuildIt Wichita team from 2013 until his untimely passing in early 2024. His vast experience in the building industry taught us – and our clients – so much. We will always be grateful to him and remember his contribution to our business and our lives.
